(registered seat: 7634 Pécs, Ércbányász u. 32., Hungary; company registration number: 02 06 074432; tax number: 25465695-1-02; represented by Szilárd Pál) ("we", "us", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms.

1.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you use Launch Tracker, certain information may be collected automatically through third-party services:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App interactions, screens viewed, features used, launch events viewed, alerts set, and search terms entered within the app.
• Advertising Identifiers: Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) may be collected for the purpose of serving personalized advertisements.
• Crash and Diagnostic Data: Information about app performance, errors, and crashes to help us improve the app.

1.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal contact information.
• We do not require or support user account creation.
• We do not collect location data from your device.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

3. How We Use Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: Displaying upcoming rocket launch information, countdown timers, and launch details.
• Notifications: Sending local push notifications about launch reminders and schedule changes based on your preferences.
• Advertising: Displaying relevant advertisements to users of the free version through Google AdMob.
• Analytics: Understanding how the app is used to improve features, performance, and user experience.
• Subscriptions: Processing and managing PRO subscription purchases.
• Home Screen Widgets: Providing launch countdown information on your device's home screen.

4. Advertising

The free version of Launch Tracker displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your interests and activity, subject to your consent choices.

4.1 Ad Personalization Controls

• iOS: When you first use the app, you will be asked for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. You can change this at any time in your device Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
• Android & EU Users: A consent form (Google UMP) will be presented to allow you to choose your ad personalization preferences in compliance with GDPR.
• PRO Subscribers: If you subscribe to Launch Tracker PRO, all advertisements are removed and no advertising data is collected.

5. Data Storage

Launch Tracker stores certain data locally on your device using SharedPreferences:

• Cached launch data (for offline access and faster loading)
• Your notification preferences and alert settings
• Subscription status
• Widget configuration data

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. It is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Advertising Partners: Device advertising identifiers may be shared with Google AdMob for the purpose of serving ads (free users only, subject to your consent).
• Analytics: Anonymized usage data is shared with Firebase Analytics for app improvement purposes.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

7. Children's Privacy

Launch Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Data Security

All network communications between the app and external services use encrypted HTTPS connections. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request information about the data collected about you.
• Deletion: Since we don't maintain user accounts, uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. For data held by third-party services (Google), please refer to their respective privacy policies.
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: Use your device settings or in-app consent options as described in Section 4.1.
• GDPR Rights (EU Users): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app or on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
